Virginia Peninsula's first cat cafe has closed

Newport News' best (and only) cat lounge is here for you to indulge in the best comforts ... kitty cuddles and local baked yummy treats from Sweet Beans in Hampton!

Visiting Cups & Claws Cat Lounge is about getting quality time to play, relax, and interact with dozens of available rescue felines getting ready for furrever homes. And the cats benefit too... you're helping socialize these homeless kitties! Not only does our cat lounge give you a chance to unwind with these cute rescues,  but your visit helps give a cage-free life for them until adoption whilst experiencing a loving, vibrant place to live.  This environment showcases their true personalities and you know what they say, sometimes the cat picks you! #catsandcommunity
